Cathleen Batiste (aka "Cat") Receptionist / Showroom Manager We piped Cathleen on to the good ship FOI in 2010 bringing aboard a wealth of customer service experience from cruise ships, private yachts, and the Hospitality industry. Through this background, she has developed an eye for detail, strong problem solving skills and a gracious attitude. As a new resident to Washington State, Cathleen enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest, learning to play the guitar and as a talented cook, she is always on the lookout for that next secret ingredient. Cathleen enjoys working in the creative atmosphere at FOI and is always first in line to lend a hand with anything going on in the office.
