Deborah Knapp (aka “Snappy”) Project Coordinator With 20 years of customer service experience, you know that none of your project’s details are going to fall through the cracks when Deborah’s on the job. Deb is our resident Danskin triathlete and has inspired a team of FOI women to train with her. She is also a Macy’s Gold Star “PLATINUM” customer and is known to be gone at a moment’s notice to hit the sales. Her goal is to single handedly support the Seattle economy, one store at a time.
