Kathleen Tonda (aka “Top Dog”) Project Manager Kathleen has 22 years in the industry and 14 at FOI. Her projects have included Wild Ginger & The Triple Door, Kibble & Prentice, and Cairncross & Hempelmann. Kathleen is a season ticket holder and aspiring member of the Rat City Rollergirls. She is currently restoring her 1930’s Seattle bungalow on Magnolia with her husband Trout and under the watchful eye of her cat, Silver Boy.
