Patti Whitman (aka “Under Dog” or “Penny”) Project Manager Patti brings nearly 38 years of customer service experience to our clients. She specializes in making her clients laugh and have fun. Some of her happy clients include multiple Key Bank Retail Branches, Broadway Emergency Shelter, and Commission on Colleges. She’s FOI’s party planner, cheerleader, and official driver — no matter how far! Patti gathers the “nooners” lunchtime workout group in the storage room and makes sure everyone is fresh and clean afterwards with her homemade soaps.
